For the student edition of altair Feko, it is allowed to use the results obtained in scientific articles?

The student version should not be used only for commercial purposes. So you should not be earning money with the student version.
For papers, learning and research, I don't see any problem, and it is very much the idea of the student version. But probably this is all described in the accpetance terms when you request the software in the Altair University page. So, if you still doesn't feel confident, please take a careful look into these terms and conditions.
