We use vent pass over flow,  does INspire cast take these element into account?

    Hi Normand,

You can use this as overflow. But I think you can remove this to save time to run.

    Thanks

    Hi Normand,

It is suggested to avoid vents air exits, as they may cause problems during meshing because of their thin volume. As these requires very fine mesh to capture the profile and that will increase computation time.
Refer to attached image. You can define the overflows before these vent air exits.

    Thanks.

Thank you,  so if we cannot use vent,  do we have to define some feature to indicate how air might go in order to avoid entrepment?  How to define the function to emulate the air flow?

    Hello Normand,

For this you can define the overflows, but you should define the overflows before the vent exits, as shown in attached image, overflows shown in blue circle will not give any issues, but the areas shown in red circle shows very thin surfaces, so these can be skipped. As the air entrapped in the defined overflows will be visualized in the results, it will not affect the air flow from the cavity.

    Thanks.
