Hello, quick question. My company and I are trying to download Monarch v16 2020 in order to use Monarch with out Citrix machines. Do we have to purchase new licenses in order to upgrade to v. 16? We're getting a message stating our licenses will only activate Monarch v. 15 We do ne the newer version for Monarch to work in a Citrix environment, correct?
