Hello, quick question. My company and I are trying to download Monarch v16 2020 in order to use Monarch with out Citrix machines. Do we have to purchase new licenses in order to upgrade to v. 16? We're getting a message stating our licenses will only activate Monarch v. 15 We do ne the newer version for Monarch to work in a Citrix environment, correct?

    Hi Dominik,

    Apparently the Monarch license can only be used with Monarch v15.  You may contact the Altair support (support@datawatch.com) or your account manager at Altair and request for a new license for Monarch v16.
