While trying to create auto contacts using 'BCs menu-> Create->Auto contact', why does the message 'Contact does not exist' appears?

Have sent the snapshot in the FTP link.

Tried that too. 
I have tried several iterations before meshing (though it doesn't work), after meshing etc.,The auto contact is not getting created.
I am using Version 14.0.
The same message appears as no contact exist.
I have attached the hm file of the same in the FTP
Could you help out on what might be the reason by seeing that?

Between which components are you facing the issue?

I am able to create contact between coupler and case coil without any issues.

I tried for the two components that you had mentioned.
Same message is being displayed.
Pl find attached the snapshots of the steps that I had followed.
Attached in the FTP as a powerpoint file.

I am able to create contacts without any issues on 14.0.

Can you please update 14.0 to latest patch and give it a try.

I have also tried in another PC. Still the same result.

If it's related to patch, request you to pl provide the link for the same.
