You can select elements individually by clicking on the element in the graphics area and delete them,
Are you creating RBE2 or RBE 3? do you need to delete just an individual arm?

i want to delete master slaves & nodes of RBE2
Manually, if you want to delete some nodes of RBE2/RBE3, you can create new ones based on old ones. When the new element is ok for you, just delete the old element.
On Altair script site, you can found some script to 'update' RBE2/RBE3.
