Failed to load .Log file

Hi, I am an aerospace student trying to use Hyperworks CFD for my end of degree paper.

I have been following some tutorials to start getting familiar with the software. I followed first the exhaust manifold tutorial you guys have online, and everything is good (run manager says the calculations were correct) until I attempt to open the results file (.Log file) to see the results, where the program failes to load it. 

I have also tried to right click the "View results" button in the run manager tab, after which the program crashes. I have also tried other simple geometries like a sphere, still the same happens. 

After a couple days trying every solution I find online, I am quite desperate and considering to try other softwares.

I have the student license, and have installed the "Hyperworks Bundle" and the "CFD solvers" from the email. I attached the manifold .log file and the .hm file just in case it is of any help.

    Try using the Convert Tool to generate the Ensight format file.  Will that (.case) then read into Post?
