need help with hex meshing

We need help with creating a hex mesh for an assembly. We did not find any good tutorials on altair website. Can someone please help us with this?

Thank you for the information. I went through the material you sent. It is really good. Thanks so much. I was able to mesh quite a few solids using the examples.
Although I am having difficulties meshing this solid bar. I split the solid into mappable solids but not able to mesh them. Can you please have a look at it and suggest.
I am attaching the step file of the bars.

That is a tricky area due to the intersecting/conflicting holes. One idea I had is to partition the side hole like this and delete or do not mesh the curved areas. Then you can just mesh the blocky hex elements and morph after

I dont know if I completely understand you. But will that not result in a square cut out rather than a circular hole??

That is why I mentioned you can morph after.
But the hex mesh itself should be much easier
