Problems coupling MotionSolve and EDEM

I follow the tutorial of Altair (here) it is about joing MotionSolve and EDEM together.

But when I clicked transfer to EDEM, a window pop-up like this. Can anyone show me how to fix it... Thanks in advance!

I use MotionView version 2020.1 and EDEM version 2022.3

    Hello Nguyen -

    Could you please use version 2022.3 for both MotionView and EDEM? It is recommended to use the same versions together as each of these products gets updates and may not be able to support earlier and mis-match in versions.

    I installed the 2022 version of hyperworks and it worked! Thanks
