Hi,
how can I avoid the strange waves in the shot sleeve (see pictures)?
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
Thank you in advance for your response.
Hi ViV,
Could you please let me know the velocity range and which version are you using ?
Hi Sourav,
I run the simulations with version 2019.4.
The velocity profile can be seen in the picture.
Best regards.
I would suggest if you could reduce the element size and try, I hope velocity will not be a problem. ( try reducing the element size, check and let me know if you still get a strange wave).
Regards,
the waves are no longer so strange, but the element size is not acceptable for a Raw part (!).
Oh! that's great, Can you tell me little details about the part, I can get back to you with the correct element size for the part, might be little helpful.
Look at the pictures.

ViV,
Thank you for the explanation.
When will be available ver. 2020.X?
May be by next week hopefully.
