Mesh intersections detected in topology optimization in altair inspire 2019.1

Hello community,

We are trying to do topology optimization of this solid body but after running for 20% or so it gives us this error.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Could you please try this in the latest version of Inspire 2019.3.
