225 element array simulation error

I designed a 225 element array in feko and I am facing issues with the simulation. This file only simulates for one freq (2.8GHz) along with certain near filed points.

Hi @Niharika Kaja ,

is any error message displayed? Can you attach the .out file?

I strongly suspect that it is due to the lack of memory. The model requires > 250 GB RAM, but you have also activated double precision, which roughly doubles the requirement.

I would recommend to use single precision or use MoM ACA.
