Is it possible to bond a material bed which is created by material blocks with bonding V2 modell?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to bond a bed of material with bonding V2 modell. The material bed is created by a block factory. I've already tried to bond the material block itself before saving it. But when loading the material block into the block factory all previously created bonds are dissappered. So my Question is: Is it possible to bond the whole material bed after loading in the material blocks?

Hi Hendrik,

I don't think I've explicitly tried to do what you're saying but I don't see why not. The bonds will be formed at the start of the simulation only, though. If you want them to be created over time, so after each block is created, then you'll need to use the API version of the model and tweak the bonding time to make sure it happens repeatedly.
