Not proper sine output from target interface

In my project I use Single phase unipolar sine modulator. In my target interface output sine wave is not smooth (Photos are attached) (System Frequency 1499.99 and target interface sample rate 1500Hz)  . Any Idea please? Thanks in advance.

Hi Anjana, 

The Jtag interface can handle up to 100Hz only very reliably. You may want to use the monitor buffer blocks if you need higher rates to capture data and visualize them on the host side. You can find examples of usage of minitor blocks in the examples menu
