You can give a try with map to geometry option depending upon geometry.Hypermorh have four concept of morphing(Domains & handle,Morph volume,freehand &Map to geometry option)
Altair Simlab is also having some fantastic feature to modify existing design like creating ribs ,add & remove hole ,increase thickness etc.
Would be nice if you can show some snapshot of your requirement.
