In my opinion, it's NOT possible to make Hexa/Penta-only mesh for this model.

Screenshot from practical FEA book by Nitin Gokhale. If possible go for tetrahedral element.

PFB link for some examples from youtube.

    hi,

it is possible but need to simplify model

@tinh  simplify mean ,you can remove fillet region or others,

yes, change it to sharpen model, so you may see mappable regions

    any other solution

Every hexa modeling tasks lead to divide geometry into mappable regions

if you don't care about quality, just mesh it as tetra and then shift+F6 split tetras into hexas

    or use shrink wrap

    did you try using SimLab?

    I heard it's good for hexa/solid modeling
