when i make mapped mesh in washer region its not came in mapping mesh , as further to increase number of nodes only came in mapped mesh,
please check below videos and also attached model file check it and give solution

Sometime it happens because of Geometry.May be fixed point in your case could be the problem.I would recommend Ruled command with linelist to linelist option for such case.
I think the two fixed points are already in conform position
The cause you cannot make mapped mesh is: using element type 'quad'
change it to type of 'mixed' and try again
@Rahul @tinh if possible Fixed point change it , some of Fixed point cannot be remove using F11 command
(F11)Quick edit : Add/remove point would work
@rahul I used F!! command BUT some Cannot remove Fixed point
Fixed point comes where lines are intersecting.
