Volume meshing in HWX-CFD of a model Validated OK results in the error at the end of the .log attached.

Cannot see anything highlighted to narrow down where the error might be.

Error message:

'topo edge 432118 is not terminated on vertex hm_nodes. (has error highlighted) Meshing failed.'

Thank you

I cannot tell more without looking at the model. Either upload the .HM file here or please submit a support ticket.

If you would like to debug yourself, first create only the surface mesh in HyperWorksCFD. Check for quality, like low angles say <5°, high aspect ratios e.g. 50+, slivers, etc. These might lead to clues on low quality surface mesh, leading to volume mesh failure.
