I am going through the learning course for Altair Inspire and the first bracket file that they shared bracket.x_t doesn't seem to work for me. I hit import and I don't see anything on the screen.

    Hi Vignesh,

I'm happy to help. Could  you please answer a few questions?

    1. Which version of Inspire are you using?

    2. What process are you using to import the model? (File > Import or dragging and dropping the file, etc).

    Thank you,

    Liz

    1. Inspire 2024.14573

    2. I tried both ways.

OK, I was able to open in v2024. Maybe the file was corrupted while downloading. Can you try with this file attached?

This is what I am seeing when I import it. Maybe I am doing it wrong?

Start with  a new session and try. Close Inspire. Restart Inspire and select File > Import and select the Bracket model. Send a screen shot of what you see then.

At this point I would open a support ticket as I do not know why this is occurring.
