how to copy elements and at the same time copy node set which is attached with those elements？

I do not think the option to copy the group of entities will happen if you use the transformation option in HyperMesh. Currently it only copies the mesh, load , and coordinate system.
What user profile you are using, or for what solver you are creating the model?
