Feature request: EDEM material database

Hello,

I'm inquiring about the development of the material database in EDEM since it does not support the transfer of Physics Model settings. Is this something that is being developed or planned for future releases?

    Hi PartyKill,

    Can you please elaborate about the requirement?

    EDEM has GEMM and Powder database which gives you the calibrated material model by taking few input parameters.

    Physics model can be transferred by using save material database , please follow the below steps.

     

    1) In Creator: Right clock on material and choose Save material block

    2) In another session you can right clock on bulk material and chose transfer material model option.

    With this above 2-steps you can able to import physics model settings. Pleaase let me know if you're requirement is different from what i mentioned.
