hypermesh is hanging issue

Hi,

 

im using  hypermesh v17.2. facing hanging issue  started after 1hr . i will delete command file  during this issue and it will working normally then again after one hour same issue happened.please let me know how to resolve this issue?

Try reinstalling the software to a different location. 

Also change the default working directory as mentioned in the post below
