Inspire crash when opening optimized file

Hello,

I'm encountering a problem of crash Inspire V2021.2 when I open a file with an optimization. 

If I start from scratch I have no problem to use the soft but If I want reopen some old file it's not working. Any Idea for solve this problem ?
