Error creating new process on Inspire

Hi, 

I'm using Altair Inspire for a university class. When i try to launch an analysis from the structure panel a window pop ups with the error: Error creating new process. I used a very simple model and i tried creating a new model too but the error still remains.

Looking on the online guide the error should be related to a lack of memory, but it does not seem the case, I have plenty of free disk memory and RAM too. I've tried to reinstall Inspire too both on its 2019.4 version and its 2019.1 because i read on the the forum a guy who observed a similar problem upgrading from 2019.1 version. None of these procedures helped me to solve the problem.

Can you help me?

    Hi Marco,

    I don't see any problem with the model you have, it solves on my computer.

    I wonder if there is any issue with permissions on your workstation. To generate the necessary scratch folder/files you'll need permissions here:
