having a shell mesh,the process is pretty similar to the one showed in the video below.
The main difference is the option 'add shell faces'.
If you're using 2020 it will be 'set segment' instead of contact surfs.
Just take care with the normal direction, as it should be pointing in the contact direction.

sir while creating shell, the thickness was disappeared , and so im asking ,is there any special parameters have to put for contacts in shell?

your shell thickness is taken into account in contact.
So you should keep half of your thickness for creating the contact for shells. This is usually automatically conisdered by thesolver. but your model should also consider this in terms of midsurface.
So keep a distance between your shells of (T1+T2)/2 to avoid penetrations.
