Is there any limitation of using Green's function for multilayer?

Recently, we are using half planar greens function to simulate an ultrathin film (thickness ~2nm) on a bulk material. In other word, we construct a planer by choosing "Planer multilayer substrate" in CADFEKO.

The result does not match with experimental data.

We are wondering if there is any limitation of using Green's function for ultrathin film?

If the layers become very thick in terms of the wavelength, or electrically very thin in terms of the wavelength, then results could be inaccurate. Feko will give a warning message if the layers become too thick/thin.

If you cannot share the model here, best would be to request support through our off-line support channels.
