Database export - Monarch Workspace vs Automator Workspace

Hello, can you help me figure out why I am getting different results from a DataPrepStudio Export vs. an Automator Export?

I built a Workspace in Data Prep Studio that selects data from an SQL database and Exports the data to Excel. I included that Workspace in Automator Visual Process.

Issue:  When I export from the Workspace in Monarch/DataPrepStudio I get output like this, nulls are removed and numbers are formatted as I specified:

DataPrepStudioResult
When I run the Visual Process in the Automator using the same version of the same Workspace and the same destination I get output like this:

AutomatorResult
Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

You mention that you are using the same version of the same workspace, but it appears the column names are also different.  Where is the workspace located that your visual process is pointing to?  If it is the server library, I would suggest trying to upload your local workspace over the server library version and running your export again.

    Chris,

Its true the headers are different, this is because in the Automator I mapped the columns to an existing excel spreadsheet - I need to have different headers than those in the database.

It turns out this is related to the issue. If I check 'Export All' then the results are as desired and the headers are pulled directly from the database.

The fact that the destination spreadsheet has headers is changing the results even though I am asking to 'overwrite', I would guess this is because of an excel behavior.  Is it possible for me to change the header names during the export some other way in the Visual Process or in the Workspace?  I don't see any obvious way to do that.
