How to download the EDEM for many times

Hi,

I met a problem in EDEM 2021.1 for the polyhedral simulations with the student version and I asked for help several weeks ago. The staff told me to download the 2021.2 version and a hotfix. However, when I tried to download the new version, the operation failed with the following announcement:

I remembered I've sent a request with the 'contact US' before but haven't received any reply yet. Thus, how can I install the new version now?
