A crash happened when I click the 'simulator' button

I use the EDEM 2021.2 student version. When I finish the model and click 'simulator' on the top left bar. the software will crash and quit unexpectedly. So why does it happen? Is there any error in my installation?

    Hi Chenhao,

     

    Can you install the 2021.1 version of EDEM, there is an issue with the 2021.2 licensing which should be resolved in the 2022.0 release.


    You can download 2021.1 from https://marketplace.altairone.com/Search for "EDEM" and select the EDEM product.  Under "Suite version" you can choose 2021.1.
