Automatic change of Young's modulus with thickness

Hello everyone,

 

I want to conduct a thickness optimization of a component. However, the stiffness (Young's modulus) of the material I am considering changes according to the thickness assigned, thus, I would like to take it into consideration in the process.

 

Is there a way to model that inside Hypermesh? Perhaps making with Young's dependent on an equation or table values. I think it is similar to the case of stiffness change with temperature where you can address it with some TABLE option but not sure about the thickness.
