how to select Values for QEP Speed Calculator block in Altair Embed?

I am using teknic 2310P-LN-04K motor for Sensored FOC. In this case, I stucked in "QEP Speed Calculator" block...This block has 3 settings namely Base Electrical frequency, Control sampling rate and low pass cut off...

Can you please describe how to select these values of base electrical freq and low pass cut off ?

is there any formula to choose those values ?
