Iam getting the black canvas after opening

after opening the hypermesh software 

I am getting blank screen so Iam unable to do sketch 
please resolve my issue

Hello,

It looks like a graphics card issue. Either you need to update using the custom/clean option or you need to make sure your computer is using the dedicated graphics card and not the integrated.
