Hypermesh 2024 USER interface issue: the Modeling Window doesn''t show.

My computer installed 2021/2023/2024 version hypermesh. The 2024 version hypermesh modeling window doesn't display anything, Pls see below picture. The model and default coordinate system don't show on modeling window zone.
After I restarted and reinstalled hyperworks, it did work, how can I solve the issue?

Hello,
there are a couple of points you can check:
- make sure your graphic board driver is up to date. If not, install the latest driver with custome mode, and check the option for running a clean instllation (the installer will remove previous installer files)
- some files generated by HyperMesh can cause such glitches. You can run the script in C:\Program Files\Altair\2024\hwdesktop\Utility\HWCleanUp
