Select Elements of a component collector between 2 node coordinates

Hi,

Using script, I want to select the elements in a component collector between two nodes taken in one direction. The other direction distance can be taken randomly (high value). can anyone suggest a solution for this?

In HyperWorks 2022.2 i want to do this

Your best bet is probably "by cylinder" with hm_createmark.

Or let the user pick them with *createmarkpanel. Then the user can select by path (at least in the new interface).
