    this could be license issue (lack of enough license).

    Could you share the .out file?

    What license do you have? Is this a student version? or is this a commercial license?

    This is not student version.

    This is a cracked version.

    I am attaching image of installed files also.

    Are you saying this is a pirate product? Really?

    This is in fact a crime in most of the places.

    So, why don't you start trying the standard official releases, such as the student edition and avoid unnecessary risks?
