Looking for a model for a P139 report - MONTHLY STATEMENT OF MORTGAGE ACCOUNTS

Hello,

Been working on a model for P139 text file.  Detail is Loan number but some loans have multiple lines and other instances it's just 3 lines of detail.  Which makes it difficult to capture all the data.  Hopefully someone has a model or experience with this type of text file.

    Hi Fidenico!

     

    Yes we do have a model for this report in our Monarch Model Library, as well as other Black Knight Models already prebuilt and complimentary with an investment with Monarch.

    We are building new ones too, let us know what you need if you don't see it in the list. Here's a direct link to the Black Knight Models, you will see them in a zip file on the right side of the webpage.

    Hi Fidenico, 

    Yes I have a good model for the P139, I'd like to set up some time with you to review.   There are nuances to each BKFS client that could potentially make the model look as if it's not working so I just want to coach you through that scenario
