Hallo everyone!

I am running a simulation in hypermesh using LS Dyna interface.

When I was checking my model, The error  "parts with non rigid material in interface" appeared.

This kind of error is located between the rigid wall and a cylindrical element (blue)

Kindly, could someone tell me how to solve this problem?

I attached a picture about the error

Regardes

Hi, it looks like you are using a card image for the DYNA Contact specifically for Rigid surfaces, this requires the entities involved to be rigid. Regardless of whether your part/parts are rigid, these contacts are seldom used in DYNA in practice, I would recommend you switch to a more commonly used contact type, such as Auto-Node-Surface, Auto-Surface-Surface or Auto-General. You also mention a 'rigid wall' if you have a rigid wall entity, (as opposed to a rigidised mesh representing a wall) then the rigid wall wouldn't require a separate contact definition.

Many thanks Paul I changed the contact and it is better now.
