Open in Classic Mode

What dictates whether the "Open in Classic Mode" option appears when working in DPS as opposed to just "Switch to Classic Mode"?

Hi Andy, 

When you have a report within the DPS window open it is when you will have the Options to either select:  "Open in Classic Mode" or ability to "Switch to Classic Mode".  When you only have the application launched -Monarch Complete(DPS) will only present you with the "Switch to Classic Mode".   You are presented with the two options when you have a 'data' loaded, because the application is asking you what would you like to do: Open the 'report' in Classic Mode or do you want to only Switch in Classic Mode and not 'open' the model.  Please see attached screen shots.
