How I can install CFD coupling for ansys fluent?

I have account in Altair community. There no path to the library to download the coupling files as showed in the self-learning courses. When I click to the https://community.altair.com/community?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0117663 which I found from forum it is shows this one. I didn't understand this is bug of website or I did not have access to this model as student.

I have a student account but I get the same page shown in the picture.
