How can I export the component view in hypermesh in to excel sheet

Hi,

how can I create a excel sheet using the component view which got entities,id's,properties,thickness, material and mass.

Hi there,

you want to export model information to an excell, is it right?

you may need a macro Tcl. Could you describe more detail pls?

Try using the summary templates for your particular solver/user profile (HM Post page, Summary). In most cases there is a component or property one that creates a table to view a list of model information, but this also writes a text file version of the data that you can easily load into Excel.

click the right mouse button in the component view browser (empty area, only HW V11) and choose Save CSV (,) ...
