How to boolean more than two solids according to a DESIRE common face (not all faces in contact)

Good night dear all

I am looking for help.

Look, i have a geometry that is composed by 30 components, they are hexagons onto a plate, the hexagons are in contact face to face (one to each other), also the hexagons are in contact with the plate. What i want is to perform boolean operation (or any other way) to make the solids combine JUST THE HEXAGON FACES IN CONTACT WITH THE PLATE, i do not want to combine the touching faces between the hexagons (see figure). Note: onto the hexagons there is also another plate.

I also attached the .hm file (is not big)

You can cycle through all the found intersections and choose which to combine or not
