Optimized inductance and parasitic resistance value

I need maximum Q factor of a coil, for that  I need maximum inductance and minimum parasitic resistance of a coil. Therefore in CadFeko How I can get optimized values of inductance and parasitic resistance value? I saw a video on youtube for altair Feko for optimization but that is not helpful.

Assuming you have defined your coil as a lossy metallic conductor, and you have defined a port and source, you can set two optimization goals:

First goal: Input impedance, maximize, imaginary part

Second goal: Input impedance, minimize, real part
