Installing probelm of every 2023 .exe file

I have been using 2021 version of Inspire, but I want to upgrade and change to de 2023 version.

I have downloaded the 2023 .exe file of Inspire, opened it, but when the green bar reaches 100% nothing happens (apparently). I have noticed that every time I open the .exe file, I lose 4GB of memory in my hard disk drive.

I have checked some temporal files that may contain the error that prevent the .exe file from installing in a proper way. But I still don't have the solution
