Assign an impedance sheet to a polygon

Good morning ,
I am using Editfeko. After creating a dielectric material (using the DI card) how can I attribute it to a polygon?
Is it correct to use the SK card? If so how to use it?

    I would suggest to create the impedance sheet in CADFEKO and after saving the CADFEKO file open the *.pre file to see what was written to this file by CADFEKO.
