Getting error as the account has been blocked

installed the Altair Ai studio and trying to access the rapid miner but while entering the login credentials its showing my account is blocked.

    Dear User,

    Kindly enter license key in Almutil Gui, not on license setup window on Rapid miner academy. To find Almutil Gui:

    • Navigate to System (C:) > Program Files > Altair > 2023 > security > bin > win64 > gui.
    • Locate and double-click on almutil_gui.exe to open the Altair License Utility.
    • In the Altair License Utility, go to activation tab
    • Enter the activation key in the provided box.
