Please go through the tutorial MV-1032.

You can also find additional vehicle related tutorials at https://2020.help.altair.com/2020.1/hwdesktop/mv/topics/tutorials/mv/tut_vehicle_simulation_using_mv_r.htm

These tutorials do not need any starting files. The model will be built as part of the tutorial.
