Material :- Isotropic : Aluminium Alloy Element Type :- Tetra elements  Temperature on bottom face :- 230 degrees  Constraints : Side faces 

how to create a good mesh for these component and help me in step by step processesimage

    i reccomend you to go through a basic HM training in order to learn all the features that could make your life easier.

     

    In general you could:

    - create a shell mesh for the desired faces (seed), controlling the mesh quality and then create the volume mesh. (2D >> automesh)

    - trim the solids or the surfaces, to have a better control over the mesh (geom>>solid edit). By having smaller solids, usually it is easier to get more control for meshing (although too small solids will generate bad elements).
