We have procured 6 licences of Datawatch Monarch in 2019. One of the Desktops on which Monarch was installed got crashed recently and we are unable to recover the Monarch software.
Please inform the process of activation on another desktop.

You will need to engage with our Technical Support whom can provide assistance. A new license key will be required as long as your organization is on active: current maintenance & support.
