Problem trying to simulate in ALTAÏR EDEM

Hello everyone, I have a problem. I would like to do simple simulations to be able to practice, I do all the configuration, but when I click on simulate the program closes itself, how could I solve it? TY so much:)

    Hi Edward,

     

    maybe your installation is corrupted.

    You can perform a 'checksum' in your installation files to make sure these are not corrupted.

    If you're not familiar with checksum, it checks any file and gives you a unique code, based on its characteristics.

    If the installer in your machine does not match the reference code supplied with the installation, it is corruted, then. If you've downloaded the installation from Altair Connect, for example, there is a 'checksum' code for each file.

    Hi,

    If reinstalling doesn't solve your issue then it may well be something related to your simulation. Can you provide some details of your simulation, or even attach it to this post?
