I am learner of SolidThinking Embedded(vissim) trying to use 7 segment display to count the values from 0-9. I am attaching my diagram but its not work. its display only 1. please give me a solution. thanking you.

You can use "count up " block to count the pulse .I have attached the example for seven segment display using F28027. You can replicate the same for your target. Are you using launchpad and an external seven segment display??
