Hi,

I downloaded the latest coupling tool from community library https://community.altair.com/community?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0117663.

The following error shows up when I built a coupling tool between EDEM 2023.0 and Fluent 2023R1 or Fluent 2021 R1. Could anyone figure out why the error arises?

    Hi Qi,

Could you add or confirm you added the edem bin and lib folders to the System Path Environment variable:

    https://help.altair.com/EDEM/Adding_EDEM_to_the_Filepath.htm

The link above shows how to add for the bin folder for EDEM 2022.3 but you'll need the bin and lib for 2023, the default paths would be:

    C:\Program Files\Altair\2023\EDEM\bin

    C:\Program Files\Altair\2023\EDEM\lib

However you should check your install to confirm these locations are correct.
